FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorites are investigating what they believe was a murder-suicide that left three people dead in a Lincoln County home.
According to WSMV-TV, investigators responded to a call about shots being fired at a home early Sunday morning.
When they arrived officers spoke with two people who said they were at the home when a domestic argument broke out and gunshots were fired in a bedroom. Police found the bodies of two men and a woman inside the home.
They have identified them as 50-year-old Jeff Faulkner of Fayetteville, his wife, 38-year-old Julaine Marie Faulkner of Fayetteville, and her brother, 33-year-old Ryan Dale Oetken of Cartersville, Ga.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing.
