NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Police in Nashville are searching for two people who stormed into a home, demanded money and shot two residents, killing one of them.
Police say 76-year-old Jack Davis Jr., died at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday and a 64-year-old man sustained injuries in the incident.
Investigators say two masked gunmen entered Davis' house and demanded money before the shots were fired.
The suspects may have fled in a light-colored pickup truck, possibly an older model with a square front end.
Davis was known to conduct business from his home, including buying and selling vehicles. Madison Precinct detectives are interviewing known associates and people who frequented the house.
