Police say girls found at neighbor's house

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Two children who had been the subjects of an intensive Chattanooga police search have been found unharmed.

Police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary says Kavisha Smith and Jatasia Madry had been under an older girl's bed at a neighbor's home

Six-year-old Kavisha told police someone was chasing them and their neighbor's 12-year-old daughter told her and 4-year-old Jatasia to hide under her bed, where they apparently fell asleep Sunday night.

The children were returned to their families. Police say no charges are expected to be filed.
