SEVIERVILLE, Tenn., (WVLT) - The Sevierville Police Department needs your help in identifying a man and woman they say used a stolen credit card at two local businesses.
According to SPD, the two used a stolen credit card to purchase items from the Sevierville Wal-Mart and Rue 21 stores on June 17, adding up to about $388.
The victim realized his credit card was missing and contacted the credit card company promptly, potentially avoiding additional fraudulent use.
The man is wearing a red, short sleeved golf style shirt and khaki shorts.
The woman is wearing glasses, yellow short sleeved t-shirt, and dark-colored running style shorts.
"People see that it could be a family member it could be a friend, or hey I saw them last week at the gas station and it could lead us to someone else, some more video," said Kevin Bush, a detective with the Sevierville Police Department. "This person may have seen him drop it and picked it up, but yes they use it at stores. and the only way we can combat this is with surveillance and that really assists us a lot."
Anyone with information regarding these two suspects is requested to contact the Sevierville Police Department.
