CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP/WVLT) -- Clarksville police have charged a 63-year-old photographer with aggravated sexual battery after finding what they described as a "shrine" dedicated to a 9-year-old girl in his home.
Police arrested Lenzo Grooms Friday after an investigation that grew out of a tip. Police told The Leaf-Chronicle that Grooms had a photo business charging $20 to take pictures of neighborhood girls.
Authorities said his living room walls were covered with photos of the 9-year-old and writings. One said, "I live only to serve my queen."
Police said the child had visited Grooms several times between October and January and was molested during one visit.
Grooms also was charged with assault and aggravated criminal trespass with bond set at $106,000. Jail records didn't indicate if he has a lawyer.
