CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Aquarium is offering youngsters up close and personal contact with animals during spring break.

The Keeper Kids program runs March 15-April 15. During that time, with regular paid admission, kids ages 6 and up can sign up at check-in for one of 17 different adventures. The events are first come, first served.

Activities include helping feed otters, trout and turtles. Kids work with experts at the aquarium in Chattanooga and tour areas that regular visitors don't get to see.
