DYERSBURG, Tenn. (AP) -- Dyersburg police have arrested an 18-year-old student in connection with a fire set at Dyersburg High School that is being investigated along with several other fires in the area.
Police said Monday in a news release that Dillon McKinney has been charged with arson and burglary for the April 2 early-morning fire at the school. He is currently a student at the school, according to police.
McKinney was arrested last Friday following a domestic violence complaint and was questioned by Criminal Investigation Lt. Billy Williams about the fire set at the school.
Dyersburg police and fire departments have been investigating 10 suspicious fires since November.
