TBI adds suspect in drive-by to most wanted list

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a 22-year-old man suspected of being involved in a fatal drive-by shooting in Mississippi to the state's most wanted list.

The agency said in a statement Wednesday that Rico Reynaldo Fleming is wanted by authorities in Marshall County, Miss., on one count of homicide in the Christmas morning shooting that killed 16-year-old Derica Patterson of Memphis. Fleming, of Moscow, Tenn., also is charged with five counts of drive-by shooting.

The TBI says authorities in Fayette County, Tenn., also are searching for Fleming for allegedly violating his probation on charges including attempted second degree murder. He is considered armed and dangerous.
