MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) -- A Vanleer mom allegedly tried to escape custody after authorities arrested her for driving drunk with her 1-year old in the backseat.
Amber Caudle apparently vandalized a trailer in Stewart County then drove to Montgomery County Monday.
The warrants said, at one point, she drove into a ditch and then ran another car off the road.
It took two deputies to handcuff the 22-year-old when she allegedly tried to get away and go back to her car.
Once inside the cruiser, Caudle apparently tried to escape again by climbing through the partition window.
She has been charged with multiple offenses, including DUI and reckless endangerment.
