Trooper, wife, 2 daughters charged in child death

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (AP) -- A grand jury in Cleveland has indicted a Tennessee state trooper, his wife and two daughters in the accidental shooting death of the officer's granddaughter.

Three-year-old Kydalynn Robinson apparently shot herself while holding a .45-caliber pistol on May 30. Her 2-year-old cousin was also in the trooper's house at the time of the shooting.

A Bradley County grand jury returned charges of criminally negligent homicide and reckless endangerment Wednesday against 57-year-old Tommie Graham, who is the trooper.

Sheriff's spokesman Bob Gault said charges of reckless endangerment were returned against Graham's wife, 56-year-old Deborah Louise Graham; the child's mother, 23-year-old Jennifer Haylee Graham; and the child's aunt, 25-year-old Elizabeth Hayden Graham.

All charged were released after booking Thursday afternoon.

A number for Tommie Graham couldn't be found.
