CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- Authorities say a West Virginia woman sought in the abduction of her young daughter and charged with killing her husband has been caught in western Tennessee.
U.S. Marshal's Service spokesman Jeff Holt says task force members acting on a tip apprehended Crystal Seigler Clark without incident at 10:30 a.m. CDT Thursday at a motel in Jackson, Tenn. Jackson is about 90 miles northeast of Memphis.
Holt says Clark's 13-month-old daughter was found unharmed with her and was turned over to Tennessee Child Protective Services.
Clark was remanded to the Madison County sheriff's office for processing on a fugitive from justice warrant and to await extradition proceedings back to West Virginia.
A warrant from Mingo County charges the 32-year-old Clark with first-degree murder in the death of her husband, David Clark.
