UNION CITY, Tenn. (AP) -- Various work continues at the Everett-Stewart Regional Airport in Obion County, Tenn.
A new maintenance hangar and new hangars for crop dusting operations are being built.
According to the Union City Daily Messenger, work is done on removing the airport's old underground fuel tanks. Security fencing around the airport is nearly complete.
Meanwhile, the paper quotes airport manager Jo Ann Speer as saying a prospect is considering a new flight school at the facility.
