KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The YWCA invites everyone out to help raise awareness against domestic violence with the Purple and Persimmon Walk.
The one mile walk through downtown Knoxville starts at noon from the YWCA building at 420 Clinch Avenue West.
There is no cost to participate in the walk.
You are asked to wear purple or persimmon to represent to colors of domestic violence and the YWCA.
