WEST KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- The Cotton Eyed Joe in West Knoxville is helping Second Harvest Food Bank.
The food bank lost $150,000 worth of food in the recent flood.
The Bakri brothers including the owner of the Joe: Gingi Bakri, and manager, Jed Bakri, have big hearts for the needy and want to help the food pantry restock.
They were saddened to hear people would have to go hungry this week because the loss at the pantry.
This weekend, "The Joe" will donate a dollar from every admission into the country western dance club, on both Friday and Saturday nights, to Second Harvest Food Bank.
Jed Bakri says "We need to take care of our community, our people, our neighbors."
With more than 1000 people coming through the door each night, Bakri expects to feed Second Harvest a chunky donation.
