If you're looking for a low-impact way to get fit, we might just have the thing for you! It's a walking program set up by the Knox County Parks and Recreation.
It's a program for all levels of fitness and anyone can join. It's only $5 to start and with that small fee you get your very own pedometer, healthy recipe tips and small snacks.
It's a great way to get outside, enjoy the morning hours, get a quick work out in and meet some new people.
The program lasts into November and if you want to join just go to Victor Ashe Park on Bradshaw Road, Wednesday and Fridays at 7:45 in the morning.
