KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- It's called the One Call Club; a program offered through the Knoxville- Knox County Office on Aging. It's membership based and available for people 50 and older.

The club is based around the simple idea of a member being able to pick up the phone, make one call, and find a service provider in the area.

The One Call Club team will help you find just about anything including a plumber, handy man, or dog walker.

All a member has to do is make a call and the One Call Club will do the rest; including setting up the appointment and making sure you're happy with the results.

The membership is an annual $50.00 but that includes discounts for the services provided.

It takes the hassle and stress out of finding someone to do the things that you use to be able to do. It also helps seniors stay living at home rather than moving to assisted living.
