Washington governor will be 'Dora' for Halloween

OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- Gov. Dora the Explorer?

Washington state Gov. Chris Gregoire will be costumed as the popular children's character when she continues a tradition of greeting Halloween trick-or-treaters at the governor's mansion in Olympia.

Her husband, Mike, will join her as Dora's sidekick "Boots the monkey."

And even the family dog, Trooper, will be part of the partying, playing the part of the fox "Swiper."
