Binghamton, NY (AP) -- There's driving while intoxicated. There's even boating while intoxicated. But an upstate New York man is facing a variation of those.
David Dascher is accused of mowing while intoxicated.
According to the local sheriff, Dascher was spotted aboard his riding mower with an open can of beer, as he rolled down the street. Officers not only hit him with the DWI charge, they also got him for littering.
Dascher is due in court next month.
