Spring, Texas (AP) -- That was no ticket.
Some deputy constables in Harris County, Texas, found $100 bills under the windshield wipers of four patrol cars in parking lots.
Authorities at first believed the cash was a prank.
But Constable Ron Hickman says officials later figured the anonymous giver is someone who was trying to do a good deed.
The constables, by law, can't accept the $400. The money will be donated to a social services group.
