Upper Darby, PA (AP) -- A burglary at a suburban Philadelphia bar has the ring of a goldilocks story.
Police say a burglar forced his way into the bar on Monday night, grilled some hamburgers and helped himself to a few beers to go with them.
Investigators went at Clarkie's Goal Post in Upper Darby on Tuesday afternoon to look for fingerprints. They say while they were there, a homeless man returned to the bar and tried to get in the back door. He was arrested.
Police say the man acknowledged breaking into the bar after hours, frying burgers, drinking beer and taking a nap.
Police say he also took a cell phone that belonged to the bar owner.
He was jailed in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
