Deer in sporting goods store

READING, Pa. (AP) -- Maybe it was just looking for the same post-Christmas bargains the human shoppers were hunting for.

But a deer that wandered into a sporting goods store in Pennsylvania didn't get to browse for long.

When the deer walked into the front door of Dick's Sporting Goods store in Reading, it slipped on the floor. Then a customer tackled it to the ground -- keeping anyone from getting hurt or any damage being done to the store.

WFMZ-TV says the store called state game officials, who came and removed the deer.
