NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) – A man was arrested for allegedly posing as a parking attendant.
Police charged 55-year-old Danny Lee Williams with two counts of criminal simulation and criminal trespassing on Thursday.
According to a police affidavit, Williams was posing as a parking attendant at a Central Parking Lot. He was allegedly waving car drivers into a parking lot, and selling them fake tickets.
It was unclear how many unsuspected drivers paid him money, but an employee showed up, took a picture of Williams and then made him leave the property.
Police said it wasn’t the first time Williams has done something similar. Central Parking had taken out a criminal trespass waiver on Williams after he’d allegedly done this before.
His bond was set at $11,000.
