PARIS (AP) -- Eleven British jurors have been retracing Princess Diana's final steps through a glitzy Paris hotel today.
Security footage shows Diana and her lover Dodi Fayed slipping out of the Ritz Hotel the night of their fatal car crash 10 years ago. Today, the head of a coroners' inquest, Lord Justice Scott Baker, pointed out locations inside the hotel where the couple were shown to have passed.
The jurors are also being taken by bus on three routes through Paris today, to see the final route that driver Henri (ahn-REE') Paul took as well as two alternate routes.
A French investigation concluded Paul was traveling at excessive speed and had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit. But questions remain over why he chose a route that went through the underpass where the car crashed instead of another shorter route to Fayed's home.
