LONDON (AP) -- There are no reports of any injuries from a fire that has sent a towering plume of thick smoke into the London skyline.
The blaze is in a section of east London several miles from the center of the city, in an area where extensive redevelopment is under way in advance of the 2012 London Olympics.
The BBC reports the fire is in a disused warehouse at a construction site for the Summer Games.
One rail line has been closed because of the fire.
London police say there is nothing to suggest it was deliberately set.
