TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — Iran's top nuclear negotiator says proposals from Iran and the six world powers will be on the agenda at the next round of talks in Moscow next week.

Saeed Jalili says European Union's foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton has agreed the negotiations will not only be limited to Western demands to halt Iran's highest-level uranium enrichment. The two-day talks are scheduled to begin Monday.

Jailili spoke Wednesday before meetings in Tehran with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Western experts say Iran's enrichment of uranium up to 20 percent-levels could be upgraded to weapons-grade material quickly. Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful.

Tehran says the world powers must recognize its right to enrich uranium and have called for Western sanctions to be lifted in exchange for concessions by Iran.
