KNOXVILLE (WVLT) -- Tennessee wide receiver Da'Rick Rogers said in a statement Tuesday that he "did not participate" in the fighting at the brawl July 9 at BAR Knoxville on the UT strip.
Rogers said he "did not assault any police officer or any other person" during the brawl.
"I was present in BAR Knoxville at the time a fight broke out among other people, but I was not fighting or drinking," Rogers said.
"I have maintained my innocence from the moment I was arrested, and I am thankful that I can put these matters behind me."
Rogers was cleared of all charges by a Knoxville judge Tuesday.
