    Bill: an SEC championship win is a BCS bowl. Either you didn't know that, or your definition of "meaningless" is very different than mine.

    i have some questions on the new poll why is geogia still in top 25 ahead of tennessee after all tennessee beat them.why did flordia only fall 4 places they should be in top 20 #16 and wheres michigan they deserve a spot in the top 25

    I remember a time when we got excited about entering the top 5 not the top 25. The season was over when we lost our 2nd game because even if we win the SEC championnship we would play in a meaningless bowl.

    Tennessee and Georgia both have two losses. Tennessee loses to the defending national champion and the current #2 team in the nation. Georgia loses to Tennessee head-to-head. Georgia is above Tennessee in both polls. Common sense does not exist anymore. Only four teams are better than USF?
