Standout linebacker commits to Tennessee

GAINESVILLE, Ga. (WVLT) -- Gainesville, Ga. linebacker A.J. Johnson has committed to play football for Tennessee, choosing the Vols over scholarship offers from Florida, Alabama and USC, among others, according to Rivals.com.

Johnson committed to the Vols when Lane Kiffin was Tennessee's head coach, but withdrew his pledge.
