LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -- Sports marketing giant IMG is buying a Kentucky communications firm which broadcasts University of Tennessee sports.
The deal for Host Communications is worth about $74 million.
Host's headquarters will stay in Lexington, Kentucky.
Jim Host, a former Kentucky commerce secretary, says the deal was great for the two companies. He founded the company in 1972.
IMG is based in London, England, and has about 60 offices in 30 countries.
Host Communications has operated the Vol Network since 1989.
