Harvick Gunning for Back-to-Back Daytona 500 Titles

February 22, 2008

Welcome, N.C. (WVLT) -- Twice is always nice--especially if you're talking about a second Daytona 500 championship.

That's something Kevin Harvick, driver of the #29 Shell Chevy Impala, will gun for in February.

Last year, Harvick edged Mark Martin in a fantastic finish for his first career Great American Race championship. It gave team owner Richard Childress his first Daytona 500 win since Dale Earnhardt won it in 1998.

Daryl Hobby recently talked with Kevin Harvick. Click on the above video icon to see his story from RCR's headquarters in Welcome, North Carolina.
