UNDATED (AP) -- Even the coaches are jockeying for tickets to Saturday's big game in Memphis between the top-ranked Memphis Tigers and No. 2 Tennessee Volunteers.
Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl called Memphis coach John Calipari this week.
Calipari said during his teleconference Tuesday with the media that Pearl was begging him for tickets.
Calipari said he couldn't oblige---just to make Pearl sweat.
Calipari said Pearl was asking for Tennessee alumnus and Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning, among others. Memphis athletic director R.C. Johnson granted the request.
As of Tuesday afternoon, one set of tickets in the front row near the visitors' bench was listed for $10,000 each on StubHub.com.
