KNOXVILLE (WVLT) -- Tennessee junior wide receiver Gerald Jones suffered a high ankle sprain in Saturday's scrimmage at Neyland Stadium and could miss four to six weeks, according to ESPN.com.
The Vols are optimistic that Jones might be able to return in time for the UCLA game Sep. 12.
Tennessee already is without junior Denarius Moore (foot injury), who will be sidelined likely until mid-September and senior Austin Rogers (torn ACL), who will miss the entire season.
