Tennessee placed 41 student-athletes on the 2006-07 SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll. Seven men's basketball team members, six from women's basketball, 12 from men's swimming and diving and 16 from women's swimming and diving made the honor roll. The 2006-07 SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll is based on grades from the 2006 Spring, Summer and Fall terms. A student-athlete must have a gpa of 3.0 or better to make the honor roll.
Tennessee had 39 student-athletes on the SEC's fall academic honor roll. The list comprised of 25 football players, eight women's soccer players and six women's volleyball players. At this point, UT has had 80 student-athletes recognized for their academic work in the 2006-07 school year with the Spring academic honor roll still to be announced.
