Murfreesboro -- One thing was for certain. Knox County would be home to the TSSAAA 2007 Class AAA state soccer champions. The question that remained: Who would it be? Bearden or Farragut?
The two longtime west Knoxville met Saturday night in Murfreesboro for a state championship. In a classic game, the Admirals edged the Bulldogs 5-4.
The win gives Farragut High School it's 4th overall state soccer championship, and it's first since 2004.
Bearden, holder of three state titles itself, won the 2006 title.
