KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - For the first time in a long time the Kingston Yellowjackets will be led by someone other than Vic King. Former Webb assistant coach Blair Harrison takes over this season.
The team has been very accepting of the new coach. ""It's a family atmosphere. They've embraced me and the new coaches and they're all willing to learn and get better and that's all you can ask as a head coach", says Harrison.
Quarterback Brandon Ott likes the direction Harrison has taken the team, "He's brought more discipline I guess you can say. But that's for a good change. So far the whole team has come together tighter and we've seemed to like it better."
Kingston returns 5 starters on both sides of the ball. They open the season at home against Oliver Springs on August 17th.
