KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (SUBMITTED) -- The Southeastern Conference announced Monday that Tennessee’s Oct. 30th game against South Carolina is being televised by the SEC Network on VOLUNTEER TV and kicks off at 12:21 p.m. Eastern time.

The Vols and Gamecocks are meeting for the 29th time in a series that began in 1903, with Tennessee holding a 22-4-2 advantage. UT’s margin is 8-3-2 in Columbia, where the Vols have won seven of the last eight. Tennessee lost 27-6 two years ago but bounced back with a 31-13 triumph last season in Knoxville.

This year’s game marks Tennessee’s third 2010 appearance on the SEC Network. Previous showings were a 32-29 double-overtime win over UAB in September and a 41-14 loss at Georgia earlier this month.

Other conference games being televised that weekend are Georgia against Florida in Jacksonville, Fla., on CBS (3:30 p.m. Eastern), Auburn at Mississippi on ESPN2 (5 p.m. Central), Kentucky at Mississippi State on ESPNU (6 p.m. Central) and Vanderbilt at Arkansas on Fox Sports Net (6 p.m. Central).
