Knoxville, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Beware opponents of Fulton football, the Falcons can play some serious football and are showing no early signs of complacency as they look to repeat as state champions.
Robbie Black's kids asserted themselves on defense early and then
showed now mercy on offense scoring at will. Quarterback Penny Smith displayed a strong arm and his receivers made him look even better.
RB Daryl Rollins finished with eight carries for 116 yards. And what a night Hawkins had two rushes for 159 yards and two catches for 74 yards. 231 total yards and three touchdowns for Hawkins.
Off to a fast start, the Falcons return for their home opener Friday August 30th against Bearden.
