GoVolsXtra: McRae regains eligibility

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Freshman basketball player Jordan McRae has had his eligibility restored.

McRae told WVLT's sports partner GoVolsXtra.com that he was cleared to play on Monday.

McRae was temporarily ineligible because of his role in the on-going NCAA investigation into the Tennessee basketball program.
