OKLAHOMA CITY – The University of Tennessee women’s softball team will begin its time at the Women’s College World Series on Thursday, May 30 at 1:30 p.m. CT/2:30 p.m. ET when they take on another conference rival and No. 2 seed Florida.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN and the Lady Vols will be the away team.

The Lady Vols and Gators met three times this season with each contest reaching extra innings, the Gators winning two of the three.
Florida holds the all-time series lead 43-20 but the two teams have never met in the Women’s College World Series.
