CHICAGO, Ill. (WVLT) -- Gatorade has named Pigeon Forge pitcher Wil Crowe Tennessee's Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year.
The 6'3" Crowe led Pigeon Forge to a 39-2 record this season. It was a year that ended with the Class AA state championship.
Crowe ended the season with a staggering 16-1 record. His ERA was less than 1.0.
Crowe signed a National Letter of Intent to play at powerhouse South Carolina. He's expected to be an early round pick in next month's Major League Baseball draft.
