Rick Russo and Kyle Warnke head to Indy for Sweet 16

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- We're looking ahead to this weekend's March Madness as both the men and women of the Big Orange head into the Sweet Sixteen.

The men are in Indianapolis, and getting ready for their game with Michigan. The team bus left Wednesday afternoon. They headed right to Mcghee-Tyson airport then flew to Indy.

It's the program's seventh all-time Sweet Sixteen appearance and fourth in eight seasons. They'll play the second seeded Michigan Wolverines. If you want to see Tennessee take on the Big 10 champs there's only one place to see it; right on Volunteer TV Friday at 7:15 p.m.

And the Lady Vols they face Maryland Saturday at noon. In the last 33 years this is their 32nd appearance in the Sweet 16.
