KODAK, Tenn. (WVLT/SUBMITTED) -- Tuesday afternoon’s scheduled contest between the Tennessee Smokies and Jackson Generals has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday evening, with the first game beginning at 5:30 p.m. Both of those meetings are scheduled to last seven innings.
Tickets for today’s contest may be exchanged at the ticket office for any remaining 2014 Smokies home contest for a ticket of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be made in person at the ticket office and cannot be processed via telephone or e-mail.
The two teams are slated to square off next on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. as part of a Kids Health and Safety Day at the ballpark. Starters for both the Smokies and Generals have not yet been determined.
