Smokies postponed, doubleheader Friday

KODAK, Tenn. – Due to inclement weather and unplayable field conditions, Thursday night’s Tennessee Smokies game against the Mississippi Braves has been postponed. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow, May 27 at 6:15 p.m., which will consist of two (2) seven-inning games.

The Fireworks show planned for Friday's post-game will still take place following the conclusion of the doubleheader.

Fans with tickets to Thursday night’s game can exchange them for admission to a future Smokies’ regular season home game of their choice at the Smokies’ ticket office. Fans can contact the Smokies front office at (865) 286-2300 for more information.

Following tomorrow’s doubleheader, the Smokies and Braves will conclude their five-game series on Saturday at Smokies Park. Tickets for the rest of the series can be purchased online at or by calling (865) 286-2300.
