KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Thursday night provided Knoxville with a pair of high school football games.
In the State Farm Rivalry Thursday game it was Powell improving to 6-1 on the season with a 28-7 win over Hardin Valley.
In the other game it was all Alcoa. The Tornadoes jumped out to an early lead on a halfback option touchdown pass. They never looked back as they cruised to a 56-0 victory.
