WVLT requests information from UT under open records act

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Volunteer TV News made two open record requests with the University of Tennessee Public Records Office in the month of February.

The first of these requests was made on February 10th. It asked the University for any communications between the NCAA and UT during the first two weeks of the month. As of the time of this article, that request has not been granted by the University of Tennessee Public Records Office.

The second request was submitted on Thursday, February 24th for an un-edited version of the NCAA's letter of allegation that the University received this week.
