KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Webb School's Todd Kelly, Jr. has offers from many top level Division 1 programs, and for good reason. Kelly recently was named to the MaxPreps Top 100 List for the Class of 2014, checking in at number 21.
The Junior is a standout RB/DB for the Spartans who was named Mr. Football in his class. Kelly is projected as a defensive back in college. He is the son of former Vol and NFL player Todd Kelly, Sr.
