Vols Baseball begins SEC play against Auburn

Posted: 03/12/2009 - Southeastern Conference play begins this weekend for the Tennessee baseball team as the Volunteers host Auburn for a three-game weekend series at Robert M. Lindsay Field at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The Volunteers have won six of their last eight games coming into the grueling SEC gauntlet and own a 7-6 overall record. The Tigers bring an 11-4 record to Knoxville, their first visit to Rocky Top since 2003.
