Parkwest Medical Center Injury Report

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Tennessee will be relatively healthy heading into Saturday's game against Cincinnati (3:30/ESPN2).

During his weekly news conference Monday afternoon, Derek Dooley said defensive tackle Maurice Couch is listed as day-to-day. Couch sprained his knee in the Vols' 42-16 win over Montana Saturday night.

Devrin Young will miss his second straight game. The former Bearden standout continues to recover from a broken collar bone, an injury he suffered just before fall camp kicked off.

Dooley said kick returner will be "re-evaluated" next week.

Linebacker Herman Lathers recently had screws removed from his left ankle. Dooley believes it will be another 4-6 weeks before Lathers returns.

Dooley also said that running back Rajion Neal "is back." The sophomore had been slowed down the last few weeks with a knee injury.
