KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Over 200 soccer teams are set to square off starting Wednesday for the American Youth Association National Games 2012. Thirty-three hundred kids of all ages from all across the U.S. will compete in the biannual event which runs through Sunday.
It's the first time the tournament was held in the Volunteer State. Two years ago, they descended on Wellington, Fla.. Other previous host cities included Oahu, Hawaii, and Chicago.
