CAK Girls top Cannon County to advance to state semifinals

Murfreesboro, Tenn--(WVLT-TV), CAK, making it's first ever appearance at state, beats Cannon County and will play in Friday's semifinals.

Things started great for CAK as the Lady Warriors jumped out to a 10-0 lead.

Big players play big in big games, Anna Hammaker led everyone with 20 points. CAK led 24-8 at the half.

Cheyenne Hooper also came up big scoring a double-double.
CAK held off a late Cannon County rally to win 39-35.

The Lady Warriors will next face Macon Co. Friday night at 6:30pm. ET
